With the guidance of primary research, Prime Creative developed a new brand name, strategy and campaign for Nova Scotia’s Department of Health and Wellness, Problem Gambling Helpline. Renaming the organization the “Gambling Awareness Network” not only expanded the ways someone could access the organization beyond the traditional telephone but also created a name that helped counter the stigmatization of problem gambling. Prime Creative also developed an overarching awareness campaign called “Take 5” which encouraged the audience to pause for a moment of clarity and consider where you are with gambling.
