Mike Whitelaw Creative Director At a very early age, Mike was obsessed with taking things apart and figuring out how they worked. From disassembling his father’s drill to modifying his mom’s sewing machine, curiosity guided him through the early years. That same spirit is at the forefront of how Mike approaches his role as Creative Director at Prime Creative. Looking at a client’s opportunity from different perspectives provides insight, strategic focus and the creative spark needed to inspire the Creative team at Prime in its day to day exploration of solutions for its clients. Aside from his role as Creative Director, Mike is an avid watercolour painter and frequently gives workshops on painting. After studying Fine Arts at Champlain College, Mike earned a BFA / Graphic Design from Concordia University.
